What You’ll Do

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to enhance our brand and build a passionate fan base. Your role includes:

Strategy & Content Creation

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Maintain a 30 day content calendar across all channels ensuring timely, high-quality content publication.

Campaign Management & Analytics

  • Manage digital efforts for a multitude of beverage brands and locations
  • Lead digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other mediums
  • Track, analyze and report performance metrics & digital KPIs to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, offering insights to guide marketing strategies.

Brand Champion & Collaboration

  • Act as a brand steward by maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, hospitality, brewing, and events teams to bring creative campaigns to life.
  • Foster partnerships with strategic partners, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand awareness.

Event Marketing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, promote, and execute events that resonate with the DBC brand.
  • Vet external partnerships to ensure alignment with our event-related digital goals including collaborative posts, influencer campaigns, etc.

Leadership & Innovation

  • Supervise and guide content creators to meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing or brand strategy (hospitality or F&B experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Klayvio, Constant Contact, SEO tools, and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns, analyze data, and translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
