Seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $58 - 68 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy across channels such as PPC, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. You'll also oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and provide performance insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on paid acquisition channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our paid acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and content creators, to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize campaigns continuously by testing new creatives, analyzing performance data, and shifting resources to top-performing ads.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategy team to identify, develop and deliver audience segmentation.
  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns and management of the various platforms and processes, including list management and segmentation, managing the coding of assets, regulatory compliance, deployment and tracking ads.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to paid marketing and ensure positive return on investment.

Qualifications :

  • Experience developing and supporting high volume paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including search and retargeting on Google and Bing networks.
  • Experience with organic SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Amplitude, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in brand building, campaign optimization, and digital journey development.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills and success interacting with senior-level executives in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proactive, highly motivated self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly driven and passionate about marketing, analytics and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Proven results-driven experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with paid channels including search (Google and Bing), retargeting, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, iterative development processes preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or related role.
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred.
