Seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead innovative digital marketing operations and strategies in a national law firm, focusing on growth and maximizing ROI.

Job description
100+ employee large national law firm is looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to help lead our digital marketing operations and strategy in our marketing department. We are looking for someone with proven success in managing and leading digital and social media marketing efforts to exponential growth and success, while maintaining the highest possible ROI on every dollar spent. We seek an “innovator and disruptor” that is utterly on top of all cutting-edge online, digital, and social media marketing strategies across all marketing platforms, but also able to defy convention when it makes sense. The DMM will lead a team of deployment specialists with a significant budget management support, and will be responsible for developing all existing digital channels, and staying on top of new opportunities. The DMM will report to the Director of Marketing, but will regularly collaborate with data analytics, teammates working on traditional marketing, as well as upper management and the owner. Objectives of this role

  • Branding and Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives, focusing on brand recognition and awareness, as well as public education.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a multi channel lead generation strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives, ethos, and maintains the highest levels of return on ad spend
  • Digital Marketing planning and execution: Develop, implement, and management smart and innovative strategies relative to all digital marketing channels, including paid media, PPC management, OTT and streaming deployment, email marketing, influencer coordination, etc.
  • Developing and implementing creative and innovative strategic marketing campaigns to drive exponential growth in our regional and national marketing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Budget Management: Track the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI on spend.
  • Participate in strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience leading the digital marketing efforts of a large and multifaceted digital marketing department or agency, with a proven track record of demonstratable results.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer-centric messaging.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company growth objectives.
  • Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2C and some B2B verticals to achieve exponential growth and deliver the highest possible results with maximum marketing return on investment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.

Starting salary $90k+, plus performance-based bonuses tied to attainment of growth goals and projections. The national headquarters of the firm, and this position, is located in Houston, Texas. We offer a relocation allowance for the right candidate.
