QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred; 3-5 years of experience in marketing, proficiency with Microsoft productivity software, and experience with Adobe creative suite desired.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to expand the company's impact in the K-12 education market by leading marketing communications, managing social media, and developing innovative marketing strategies.
Join our team and become a Difference Maker as the Digital Marketing Manager expanding the Company’s impact into the K-12 education market. You will join our team to lead public facing marketing communications, you will work closely with founders and other senior management. This will include social media (SM), creation of printed/digital collateral, SM photography strategy and execution, bring forth creative and innovative ideas, & manage relationships with creative agencies.
Roles You Will Play:
The Leader and Creative
- Oversee the company’s overall marketing communications including product marketing, photography management, digital asset management, printed collateral, trade show assets and other assigned programs.
- Create a written to include a documented marketing strategy including brand message(s), brand standards for printed, digital collateral and SM.
- Act as the lead for managing creative and branding agency relationship(s).
- Seek targeted promotional opportunities with our target market for creating revenue opportunities with a mind-set for cost effective results.
- Maintain, update, and uphold PowerUpEDU Brand Standards Guidelines.
The Social Marketer
- Manage the daily social media presence and regularly update external social sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Drive strong engagement and organic growth across all social media communities, conveying a sense of community and building our following with valuable content.
- Leverage existing customer relationships to improve the customer experience.
The Ally, Team-mate and Doer
- Serve as the marketing expert for the Company recommending, outlining, and managing strategic marketing plans.
- Collaborate with our sales consultants for proper local messaging for events/activities and ensure local promotional opportunities to and with schools are optimized and maximized, & marketing standards are followed, along with monitoring and reporting on lead creation costs ensuring these items remain on budget in particular opportunity creation.
- Ensure contact information is placed into the Company’s CRM systems including tagging for future identification and showing the journey of prospects and customers,
- contacts from engagement are identified collected,
- Assist with the aesthetic presentation of RFP’s and/or business presentations as needed,
- Carry out other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by Management.
- Lead digital and web efforts
- Create written communication for SM, customers, prospects, partners and internal communications.
Qualifications

Education
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is desired but not required, with an emphasis on graphic design and digital media preferred. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions along with a high proficiency with Microsoft productivity software.
Professional Experience
3-5 years’ experience preferred. Experience with the Adobe creative suite is also preferred. Ability to multi-task, work with all levels of management and be a strong communicator with a “get it done” attitude with limited oversight.
Attendance/Travel
The position is exempt from overtime and may entail working flexible hours any 7 days of the week as needed to perform the position requirements satisfactorily. The position is scheduled for a typical 40-hour work week; however demands may be high at times and the associate may expect to work outside of standard business hours occasionally as the business need arises. This position is at the corporate offices in Kennesaw GA remote work considered which could be 50% or more.
Licenses/Certifications
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all the job’s functions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
