Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking, along with a working knowledge of web design and SEO.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Oversee content management systems to ensure timely updates and relevant content delivery.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Manage website along with social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Implement performance marketing strategies focusing on conversion optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to enhance online sales initiatives.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including advertising, content management systems, and marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Experience in social media management with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
