The Digital Marketing Manager will drive strategic digital marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and optimize customer engagement through data-driven campaigns and automation.

Description:

- Hybrid Position (WFH + Office Days) -

The Digital Marketing Manager is a “utility player” and a key contributor to the marketing team, responsible for managing and executing strategic digital marketing efforts across various platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this position will collaborate with divisional marketing managers to execute co-op campaigns to increase customer attraction, business performance, and brand awareness at both the customer and supplier levels for multiple business units.

A key component of this position involves implementing and managing marketing automation to streamline campaign workflows, analyze data, and maximize the impact of our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills and be a collaborative team player with proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of digital marketing activities related to multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaign efforts across email, websites, social media, events, and press releases.
  • Act as the execution lead on all aspects of marketing automation for process design, deployment, data quality, optimization, and system integrations.
  • Manage marketing initiatives in HubSpot such as the lifecycle strategy implementation, lead scoring evaluation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Development and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, maintain customer engagement, and increase conversion. Leverage analytics to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to create compelling content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media, press releases, and landing pages, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Channel Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing: direct the development of email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media: manage content on social media channels.
  • MarTech Stack: manage marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Canto, and Survey Monkey
  • Video Channels: YouTube and Vimeo
  • Press Releases: manage the press release development and publishing process.
Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as social media and email marketing, and market research methods.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and other marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Business acumen and awareness coupled with a creative mind.
  • Experience in CRM integration management, complex operational programs, and segment configuration is a plus.
