Job Description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for executing integrated digital campaigns to promote the brand and generate leads, in close collaboration with Marketing, Loan Origination, and Investor Relations. The role will contribute to Marketing Operations, with oversight of Salesforce’s Pardot, data cleansing/governance, and analytics/reporting. The candidate must have experience in real estate, financial services, or other regulated B2B services. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
While not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating email campaigns to convert leads and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Maintaining and updating Arixa’s websites and other digital platforms.
  • Developing social media strategy, with focus on LinkedIn.
  • Planning SEO, paid media, and other advertising strategies.
  • Reporting on the performance of all digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
  • Executing A/B tests, conversion tests, and other experiments to optimize performance.
  • Oversee marketing data cleansing/governance in coordination with Origination/Operations.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the Firm’s products and services.

Special Projects

Works with other internal teams in handling special requirements or projects. Remains current with changing marketing best practices, particularly in financial services, real estate, and investing.

Requirements

  • Degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, financial services, or other regulated B2B services.
  • Exceptional business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot, or other B2B marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Experience with advertising platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and others.
  • Working knowledge of website development, such as HTML, CSM platforms, etc.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with ability to think critically about processes and improve them through ingenuity, hard work and creative thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • This LA-based position requires in-office work two (2) or more days per week, to ensure close alignment among all team members.

Compensation

This position is exempt full time, with Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 plus discretionary bonus potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
