Seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, and drive brand engagement through various channels.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The digital marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online channels like social media, email, search engines, and the company website, aiming to promote a brand, drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve marketing goals by analyzing data and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will delegate responsibilities to our copywriter, graphic designer, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends. You will track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. You will always maintain a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Creating and implementing a holistic digital marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives, including goals for social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, setting budgets, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Implementing strategies to improve organic search ranking on search engines through keyword research, website optimization, and backlink building.
- Leading the development and distribution of engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters, to attract and retain target audiences.
- Developing and executing social media strategies across different platforms, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and building online communities.
- Analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including design, content creation, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies. Identify new opportunities for growth. Relaying those opportunities to the leadership team where appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, Google Ads,.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy with proven business growth
- Managerial experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
