Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

First Heritage Mortgage, LLC (FHM) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on the financial services industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online channels like social media, email, search engines, and the company website, aiming to promote a brand, drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve marketing goals by analyzing data and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Duties

• Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans on behalf of the organization and its individual sales team members to promote our mortgage solutions, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Lead Generation: Design and manage lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients. Utilize various digital channels to drive traffic and generate high-quality leads.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize our website and online content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the social media presence for the organization and its sales teams, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and coding languages preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
