Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with B2B and SaaS experience to lead and expand our organization's marketing initiatives in the medical and health professions education space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction among educational institutions, medical schools, and healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with data-driven decision-making, bringing expertise in content marketing, email campaigns, lead funnels, social media management, B2B demand generation, and strategic pricing. Experience marketing to medical schools, health professions programs, or within the healthcare education sector is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SaaS marketing strategies across advertising, social media, and product launches tailored to medical education markets
  • Create positioning and messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition to medical schools, health professions programs, and individual learners
  • Analyze medical education market trends and competitive landscape to optimize product positioning
  • Transform technical features into compelling benefits for medical education stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales team on enablement materials, including battle cards and messaging scripts
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop high-impact content (blog posts, videos, webinars, whitepapers, landing pages, case studies)
  • Work across teams to implement and measure growth strategies
  • Support the development and execution of conference strategies including working directly with conference sponsor organizations.

Analytics, AI, and Performance

  • Design and implement best-practice analytics solutions and templates
  • Create data-driven decision-making frameworks for Marketing teams
  • Evaluate project success using key performance indicators
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback from both B2B and B2C segments
  • Contribute to defining and measuring Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and targets
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Implement AI-driven analytics for improved targeting and personalization
  • Develop AI-enhanced marketing automation workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a B2B SaaS Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and conversion metrics
  • Proficiency with email marketing systems (particularly Active Campaign)
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated success in integrated marketing campaign development
  • Experience in market analysis and Net Promoter Score (NPS) implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Outstanding communication and interviewing abilities
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI tools for marketing optimization and content creation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical education, healthcare, or educational technology marketing
  • Understanding of medical school and health professions education markets
  • Familiarity with accreditation bodies (LCME, ACGME, etc.) and medical education standards
  • Background in design and copywriting
  • Video editing experience
  • Advanced marketing analytics capabilities
  • Marketing automation expertise
