We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our marketing initiatives to the next level.

Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager at MPS Pharma and Medical, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will manage digital campaigns, collaborate with external vendors, lead the content creation process, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering measurable results, a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, and experience in the healthcare or medical device industry (preferred). Reports to VP of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to guide ongoing optimizations.

2. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write and edit marketing copy for various channels, including website, email, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Generate content that clearly communicates the value and benefits of MPS Pharma’s products and services.

3. Website Management

  • Oversee updates to the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Work as a team with our internal web developer and external vendors to implement new website features and functionality.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track web performance and user behavior.

4. Vendor & Project Management

  • Coordinate with external marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Launch new marketing projects and initiatives, from planning through execution, while managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and measure vendor performance.

5. Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support overall business objectives, including product launches and brand awareness.
  • Maintain and elevate the MPS Pharma brand by ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and positioning across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition cost) and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and improve performance across all channels.
  • Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or medical device environment.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical/scientific information effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress or similar / WooCommerce a plus).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred

  • Experience working in or with regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related).
  • Knowledge of FDA marketing guidelines and related compliance considerations.
  • Familiarity with lead nurturing and inbound marketing strategies.
