Position Summary
PGLS seeks a data-driven, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will oversee our digital marketing efforts and be crucial in driving revenue growth, focusing on creating and executing B2B-focused strategies that generate high-quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and drive measurable growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and digital marketing tools.

Job Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for PGLS and its subsidiaries to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute targeted email campaigns using HubSpot, including creating workflows and lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer journey. Build and manage marketing automation workflows to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
  • Paid Advertising: Set up, run, and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns and conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure effective ad performance. Continuously monitor PPC campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across the PGLS keyword universe, conduct regular SEO audits, and identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and industry research. Collaborate with content and sales teams to create SEO-friendly content assets that align with demand generation goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing platforms. Report on ROI and KPIs, providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and proactively track engagement and performance across websites and web assets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness and engagement through channels such as webinars, paid media, email campaigns, retargeting, and more. Identify trends and optimize marketing activities based on performance data to improve overall results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and GTM teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and revenue goals. Work with content and creative teams, as well as external agencies, to execute cohesive campaigns and interface with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to maximize efficiency and ensure quality outputs.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.

Requirements
  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with experience in a B2B professional services environment
  • Proven experience in executing digital campaigns (email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEO, SEM, and paid digital) with strong ROI
  • Proficiency in:
  • SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush Ahrefs
  • CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Sales intelligence platforms such as Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, etc. preferred
  • Project management platforms like JIRA, Trello, etc., for tracking tasks and progress
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; ability to interpret performance data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent reporting capabilities, with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend at a granular level while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and flexible, with a growth mindset focused on both the results and how the work gets done.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the agility to simultaneously contribute individually and as a team player.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple partners across all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
