SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee social media management and collaborate on various digital marketing initiatives within the company.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage daily tasks as well as working alongside the Digital Media Coordinator. The most important aspect of this job will be the management of all social media platforms for the company. We are looking for someone who is inspired, diligent, ambitious & creative. Below are the responsibilities and duties that you will be entrusted with:

· Managing/Creating social media content for all QuarterFour platforms

(Instagram and Facebook for the retail, fashion and custom pages)

· Email marketing blasts – create weekly blasts for Lubbock and Plano locations

· Web banners – creating/changing seasonal banners for our website

· Store signage/Flyers – create store signage and flyers as needed

· Managing/Creating digital board content – changing the messages on the digital

board and maintaining when needed

· Miscellaneous marketing projects – additional graphics for our website, annual

events, special projects, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School graduate required; College preferred.

2. Social media experience REQUIRED - posting on company Instagram, Facebook, etc.

3. MUST be proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

4. Ability to make suggestions or ask questions when unsure about a product/process

5. Must have the ability to learn and receive constructive criticism

6. Ability to multi-task on multiple projects

7. Detail oriented and punctual to work

8. Self-starter that takes initiative into researching or creating new ways to promote the store

9. Basic photography preferred. Equipment will be provided.

10. Ability to work independently as well as follow a routine.

11. Last but not least, you must maintain a "Team Player" attitude. Be willing to help and go above and beyond these requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
