Digital Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices, and 3+ years executing content marketing plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategic digital marketing plans, serve as the in-house expert for digital marketing, optimize the company's website, analyze and improve search rankings, manage social media channels, lead digital project management, collaborate on product launches, track KPIs, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage vendor relationships.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute global digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support revenue growth for Argon Medical.
- Develop strategic digital marketing plans (including inbound marketing strategy, content strategy, paid media strategy, and others) that drive demand and achieve global business goals.
- Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for digital marketing, including websites, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and paid media.
- Own all digital channels, applying best practices and brand guidelines to maximize engagement and present a uniform brand globally across all outlets with target audiences.
- Analyze, maintain, and improve the company's website, developing templates, assets, and integrations for an elevated user experience.
- Lead efforts to analyze and improve organic search rankings.
- Maintain social media channels for the company and key employee(s), including executing strategy, editorial content, interactions and responses with customers.
- Serve as primary project manager for digital projects, including new channel launches, new websites, and new paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate, propose and execute digital tactics for product launches and campaigns with product and clinical experts.
- Assist global colleagues with expanding digital capabilities and campaigns within their respective regions.
- Develop, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels and campaigns, then provide insight to maximize digital effectiveness.
- Understand and comply with corporate governance, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary approvals.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, including managing SOWs, budgets, and invoicing.
Skills for Success::
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or business related discipline.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience preferably in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical marketing.
- 3+ years executing content marketing plans to include best practices in social media, email marketing, SEO, dynamic/video content, and editorial planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
