Job Summary


We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical to driving lead generation and managing all digital marketing initiatives for our portfolio of apartment communities. If you have a proven track record in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and strong analytical skills, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Data Analytics:


  • Drive and measure qualified leads for the portfolio while evaluating cost-per-lead and cost-per-lease to optimize marketing budgets.
  • Oversee and analyze marketing data, ensuring consistent reporting aligned with industry KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage PPC campaigns, ILS marketing contracts, and spending to align with community budgets.

Digital Media Curb Appeal & Branding:


  • Develop and curate engaging digital media for communities, including websites, virtual tours, renderings, floorplans, and interactive site maps.
  • Create and monitor compelling competitive messaging for property websites.
  • Build brand awareness and manage reputation through social media platforms via Soci.
  • Implement innovative campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, PPC, signage, and events to boost traffic and engagement.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:


  • Oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic to property websites.
  • Audit websites and internet listing services (ILS) for search engine optimization and pricing accuracy.
  • Create monthly marketing calendars and support the execution of campaigns.

Technology & Systems Implementation:


  • Manage existing Lead Management CRM, PropTech systems, and ILS source integrations to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot marketing systems and vendor contracts.
  • Act as the central contact for Marketing Support and assist with IT ticket requests.

On-Site Support & Staging:


  • Travel to assist with staging photography, videography, and other marketing deliverables to support community occupancy.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within property management or real estate.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications required.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta ad campaigns, social media management tools, CRM platforms, and PropTech systems.
  • Strong copywriting skills and a proven ability to create engaging content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
