SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Manager will execute digital marketing initiatives to support strategic objectives, including website maintenance, social media management, and marketing data analysis.

- Post-Secondary Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, a related program OR equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Manager related management role with 3+ years’ experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Experience developing marketing strategies, organizing timelines and executing plans on time and on budget.
- Experience in analyzing and presenting marketing data, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
- Experience with a variety of digital platforms, including WordPress, Google products (GA4, Tag Manager, Console, Business Profile), MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM platforms (D365), email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Hubspot), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics tools (SEMRush, BrightEdge) and Asana or similar project management platform.
- Oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the company’s digital marketing activities that align with company objectives across a geographically diverse organization
- Provide digital marketing expertise and guidance to various department and team members
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to assess digital marketing requirements, develop plans and prioritize deliverables
- Lead, develop and support digital marketing team members
- Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/customer response and develop ideas and campaigns that align with sales goals
- Oversee the development and publication of digital marketing materials that support company objectives
- Support preparation and monitoring of digital marketing budget and departmental expense reports.
- Meet regularly with the Senior Leadership Team to report on deliverables and ensure digital marketing priorities are being identified and executed upon in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in training and/or industry events pertaining to customers, products and the industry overall
