Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of our Michelin-rated restaurant group. The ideal candidate will drive online engagement, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer acquisition and sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with analytics, contributing to the legacy of an internationally recognized dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the restaurant group's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create assets and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement engaging content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Google.
  • Monitor audience engagement, manage online reputation, and address customer inquiries.
  • Lead targeted social media campaigns and coordinate influencer partnerships to promote brand presence.
  • Manage marketing automation processes to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Optimize website content for SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HTML for basic website updates and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in content creation and graphic design; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques to enhance online visibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
