Seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to build the marketing department at AutoMarket, focusing on PPC management and other innovative marketing strategies in a remote work environment.

AutoMarket, an emerging leader in the automotive recruiting space, is seeking a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position offers the rare and exciting opportunity to not only help build our marketing department but also play a pivotal role in our transition from a quickly growing startup to an industry leader. Then, as we grow, advance into a leadership role in the management of our marketing department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ad Management: Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (starting with Meta) to drive results for both client services and business growth.
  • Client Services: Regularly post and manage a high volume of online job postings on platforms like Indeed utilizing established templates and guidelines.
  • New Channels: Launch and manage additional marketing channels (like email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, etc) to expand our marketing reach.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing partners and contractors including copywriters, designers, SEO agencies, developers, etc to efficiently execute strategies.
  • Optimization: Optimize and scale both new and existing marketing strategies to enhance efficiency and maximize performance
  • A/B Testing: Implement systematic A/B testing processes to refine ad performance, targeting, and messaging.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to gauge the efficiency of marketing channels and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Report KPI’s and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience in PPC advertising minimum (B2B preferred)
  • Demonstrated success creating and managing Meta campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to self-manage and maintain productivity while working remotely
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated data-driven decision-making
  • Stellar written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging ad copy
  • Ability to follow through with all assignments in a timely manner
  • Extremely organized, proactive, and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (we use HubSpot)
