PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts across the company's various restaurant locations, including website management, social media & digital strategy, email marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management (CRM), with the primary goal of driving online engagement, customer acquisition, and sales through effective digital tactics.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, working alongside marketing managers and graphic designer for deployment of assets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify digital opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns

Website Management:

  • Oversee website design, landing pages, content updates, and SEO
  • Oversee all listing updates to ensure business data is accurate across all mediums

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute content calendars across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, X)
  • Monitor social media interactions, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation
  • Spearhead targeted social media and digital advertising campaigns with agency placement
  • Solicit, coordinate and schedule influencer reservations where necessary

Email Marketing:

  • Create and send targeted email campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and promotions
  • Manage email subscriber lists and segmentation strategies

CRM Management:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and personalize marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development and launch of loyalty app, and manage activity from launch

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns

Prepare regular reports for leadership on digital marketing performanceAssists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/COMPENTENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience managing social media platforms and advertising campaigns
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, sales)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to support multiple team members simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of the creative production process
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environmenT
  • Team oriented; must be highly organized

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA in Marketing, Advertising, or Journalism/Communications and/or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as in a strategic marketing role
  • Strong and effective communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Brand Marketing, Hospitality, Food-Service or related work experience is a plus
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 21+ years of age
