Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Project Manager operates at the 5,000 foot level, as well as the 1-foot level. In an effort to be a more content-driven, education oriented, beautifully marketed organization, the DMPM will be responsible for coordinating and executing against all content plans, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all digital marketing activities. It’s a big, fun, action-packed job with a lot of upward mobility.

Pay range starts at $90,000 per year
FLSA Status: Exempt

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Adam Raper
Daily Activities:
- Manage the website, including all product, imagery, video, SEO, and written content.
- Work with video / photo resources to coordinate assets, including shot lists, scripts, location selection, and studio development.
- Own Image Relay, Monday.com marketing calendar, and content organization.
- Own the journal on our site, which includes generating and managing written word content and video assets.
- Coordinate with Adam on all email marketing and product launch processes.
- Work with CX, CEO, CMO, and retail locations to source content ideas and keep a running project list of photo, video, and written word content in process.
- Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Expansion Opportunities:
- Learn UX/UI, web 2.0, personalization, and AI relative to website, CX, and content development. Work on development on the new Owl website – the whys and hows.
- Learn SEM best practices, Google, and Meta Advertising.
- Learn sophisticated KPI reporting practices related to traffic, LTV, CAC, and first-order retention.
- Sit in on all systems integration and development for CRM and ERP to understand API processes, and customer relationship management.
- Learn retail merchandising and planograms, working closely with our partners on co-op advertising.
- Learn social media, influencer, and affiliate marketing best practices.
- Help to build “Owl Experiences,” an inside self-guided travel business/app.
Qualifications
- Experience with performance marketing and Shopify Plus is required.
- Proven digital marketing and project management chops
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools
- Good "eye" for content, both video and written
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and APIs is a plus
