Seeking a digital marketing and social media expert to enhance online marketing efforts for residential communities, requiring a creative self-starter with solid knowledge of digital platforms.
Incore Residential is seeking to add a digital marketing and social media expert to our growing team to assist with our social media and online marketing for our stabilized residential communities as well as our new construction lease ups. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who is able to think outside of the box. The successful candidate will have the necessary skill set to deliver on the responsibilities described. This is a full-time position and comes with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401K with employer match.
Pay range $45k - $55k annually
Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (aka Twitter), You Tube, WhatsApp, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor, update, and make changes to websites, including uploading new pictures and digital art, and price changes or specials.
- Manage ongoing communication with clients and be responsible for either answering client questions or redirecting them to the right internal resource.
- Stay on top of project plans, update due dates, assignments and follow up with task owners, making sure everything is running on track.
- Collaborate with external contractors and manage their deliverables.
- Will be initially responsible for some implementation and marketing execution, and in time these responsibilities will grow:
- Implementing copy and imagery into landing pages templates.
- Implementing & scheduling emails & workflow in email software.
- Implementing & scheduling social media.
- Prepare weekly client meeting agenda & follow-up emails.
- Follow up on action items others are responsible for
- Handle some projects autonomously end-to-end.
- Implement tracking and manage marketing metrics within web analytics interfaces to produce reports and present information to clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise in developing effective, accurate media plans and supporting campaign documentation.
- Utilize full suite of platform reporting tools and Google Analytics to interpret and act on performance.
- Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of CRO best practices along with a wide variety of digital media channels, including paid social.
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
