Seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to create and implement engaging digital campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for Old National Bank.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist that will create and execute engaging digital campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth. The Specialist will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a specialization in email, web channel, and digital marketing with a specialization in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Accountabilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Old National and aligns digital marketing efforts with Old National's business objectives.
  • Leverages data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Salesforce CRM team, Marketing, and other Lines of Business to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of the platforms.
Email Marketing:
  • Develops and executes targeted email campaigns, including lead generation, cross-selling, onboarding, event marketing, and nurturing campaigns for Old National.
  • Leverages Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and deploy personalized email communications, dynamic content, and automated journeys.
  • Ensures compliance with CAN-SPAM, privacy, and other regulatory requirements for Old National.
  • Leads the implementation and utilization of new Customer Data Platform (CDP) technology, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing its impact on driving conversions and new account acquisition.
Agile Marketing:
  • Actively participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to sprint planning and execution.
  • Assists in developing and executing Agile marketing campaigns, including test and measurement plans.
  • Participates in corporate website, consumer banking, wealth management, and commercial Agile Marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and conversions across all digital channels.
  • Leads data collection and analysis to inform Agile team decision-making and assist in identifying key learnings from campaign performance.
Digital Marketing Execution:
  • Collaborates with web development teams to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Participates in SEO strategy and implementation, recommending best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Advise on paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Develops ongoing monitoring and reporting on Agile Marketing campaigns (deliverability, open rates, opt-outs, and CTR to measure engagement and conversions. Uses reporting to drive optimization and ongoing enhancements.
  • Optimizes email deliverability by monitoring and maintaining Data Extensions, contact lists, unsubscribes, bounce rates, and other factors impacting engagement metrics
  • Continuously monitors and reports on email strategies to drive higher returns including A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, message content, images, offers, mailing frequency, audience segments.
  • Manages list segmentation and develops segmentation strategies to increase engagement and get the right messages to the right people at the right time
  • Drives email list growth strategies and execution across multiple channels, serving as the email acquisition authority for the organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Creative Services, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • 3 years or more of in-depth experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages) and Salesforce CRM based email marketing campaigns
  • Previous financial services and/or retail banking marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration preferredKnowledge of landing/cloud page development, CMS tools (Unbounce and Optimizely CMS), and A/B testing is also a plus
