Summary:
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to aid our marketing operations and demand marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot or similar), Salesforce and WordPress. As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to execute technical marketing and reporting and with the Demand marketing team to deliver omni channel digital campaigns. You will also work closely with the Sr. Marketing Operations leader to monitor performance, measure results, and make recommendations that improve lead progression, velocity, and pipeline creation. This role will be accountable for helping to implement the marketing automation roadmap to scale practices, launch new features, and suggest investments to support future business and revenue growth. Perform technical project management of the marketing automation development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration, and administration in partnership with the Revenue Operations team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and optimize campaign assets, including landing pages and email campaigns, with a focus on responsive design to ensure consistent layout and functionality cross-device
  • Daily utilization of marketing tools including WordPress, Marketo, Asana, Salesforce and Canva
  • Management and optimization of the technical elements of the corporate website and company supporting sites.
  • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring the customer decision journey. Develop segmented journeys and logic for each audience type. Responsible for enhancing manual lead process ensuring automation workflows and customer communications through automation adhering to standard operating procedures – overall ensuring customers and prospects are supported throughout the decision journey.
  • Develop A/B tests for paid social media and display, emails and landing pages and consistently troubleshoot campaigns by implementing best practices and monitoring KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on an ongoing basis to evaluate sprint progress, adapt strategies as needed, and ensure adherence to Agile marketing principles.
  • Work with the Demand Marketing Manager and Sr. Marketing Operations leader to ensure a seamless customer journey and that proper campaign tracking is in place.
  • Build email marketing campaigns in Marketo to promote products and services and garner leads.
  • Help develop event-related digital campaigns.
  • Assist in pulling reports and measuring success.
  • Help identify new opportunities for impactful engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders and product marketing to ensure coordination of strategies and a cohesive customer experience across digital and traditional media channels.

  • Continued execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business objectives with minimal oversight.
  • Development of ongoing relationships with cross-functional teams, such as the product, customer success and sales teams, and external contacts, such as media contacts and vendors.

What You Need:
  • A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing communication.
  • Superior understanding of WordPress and marketing automation tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing platforms/tools
  • Experience with Marketo or similar automation tool
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms including Google and LinkedIn
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in measuring marketing metrics
  • Proficiency in marketing communication analytics and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing work environment.
  • A work environment that is conducive to high-quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions and a strong internet connection.
  • The ability to travel periodically for work.
