Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our B2B marketing team. This role will focus on creating and executing content-driven digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales objectives. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B technology marketing, is skilled in content strategy, and has hands-on experience managing digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create, edit, and optimize content for various digital channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, email campaigns, and social media, tailored to the B2B buyer’s journey.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (paid social, email, SEO, PPC) to engage and nurture prospects.
  • Social Media and Website Management: Oversee Acumera’s social media presence and contribute to website updates, ensuring messaging is aligned with current marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Collaborate on strategies to drive lead generation, track campaign performance, and implement lead nurturing tactics using HubSpot or similar tools.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and visibility.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead quality, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts with Acumera’s business objectives.
  • Content Calendar and Project Management: Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing campaigns.
Requirements:


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B content or digital marketing, ideally within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media management tools.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with B2B audiences.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress or HubSpot CMS).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics, A/B testing, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
