Preference given to candidates local to the Beaverton, Oregon, area who are available to come into the office occasionally.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive growth. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, and utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics to optimize our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management.
  • Leverage Salesforce for data analysis, reporting, and to enhance marketing-sales alignment.
  • Implement and refine a proven digital marketing playbook to achieve measurable results.
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) implementation and results.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Additional duties as assigned, as you’ll need to be flexible and adaptable within a small team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing for a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
  • Experience with Salesforce for data management and reporting.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (desired).
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing playbooks.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and food waste prevention is a plus.
