We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital efforts, enhance online presence, drive community engagement, and achieve organizational goals.
About Us:
Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy is a non-profit organization providing youth mentoring, development and sports programs. We serve 26 locations in Tracy, Jefferson, Banta and Escalon Unified School Districts. We also serve over 3000 youth after school, and all-day on some school closure dates.
Mission Statement: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will report to the CEO, and develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be instrumental in growing our online presence, driving community engagement, and achieving business goals. This role includes occasionally presenting to the board of directors. This role will also require some cross-departmental communication for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to create cohesive marketing campaigns
- Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality, engaging content for all digital platforms
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and apply them to enhance performance
- Track and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
- Digital marketing certifications are a plus
- Googe Digital Marketing & E-commerce certificate
- Google Ad Certification & Meta BluePrint Certification
- LinkedIn Marketing Lab Certification
- Analytics & Data-driven marketing certifications are a plus
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
- Specialized and emerging skill certifications are a plus
- UX/UI Design platforms like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or XD
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic graphic design is a plus
