Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online advertising and experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic. You will oversee multiple client accounts, develop and implement strategic campaigns, and drive results that align with our clients’ missions and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads and Bing Ads Management:
- Design and manage Google Search Ads & Bing Ads campaigns to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize accounts for peak performance and maximize ROI.
- Implement Display and Shopping Ads as required.
- Execute remarketing strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate with clients to discuss campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management:
- Structure client campaigns logically and effectively, including segmentation by objective, audience, or product/service categories.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Implement tracking codes and manage tags to collect accurate data.
- Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize user experiences.
Email Marketing:
- Plan, write, and coordinate strategic email marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Implement strategies to engage audiences and drive conversions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing:
- Enhance organic reach through SEO best practices and tools.
- Develop content strategies (e.g., blogs, whitepapers) to support inbound marketing efforts.
- Provide SEO audits and conduct keyword research to improve rankings and guide client strategy.
Social Media Ads & Organic Social Media Management:
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and paid advertising across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen online presence and promote client missions.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on marketing strategies and initiatives.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management for Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and email marketing.
- Advertising & PPC Knowledge: Strong expertise in SEM, PPC campaigns, paid search, and Google Ads auction mechanics, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
- Budget & Campaign Management: Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets, optimize spending for maximum ROI, and execute campaigns across platforms.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Experience with content marketing, social media strategy, and content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Solid understanding of SEO best practices and CRO to improve visibility and campaign performance.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms to develop nurturing campaigns.
- Automation & Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems to track performance and streamline workflows.
- Strategic Vision & Communication: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and effectively communicate them to clients and teams.
- Detail-Oriented & Project Management: Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills to oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
