Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Social Media Marketing:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Paid Advertising:
- Focus on lead generation, customer acquisition.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.
- Segment email lists to deliver targeted content and offers.
- Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key digital marketing metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, social media engagement) using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience Marketing for a service-based industry is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising.
- Highly creative thinking and content writing.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
