Milestone Retirement is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will reimagine how we connect with seniors, their families and investors that are looking for a management company. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you'll drive our digital acquisition strategy across 16+ senior living communities as well as our corporate office, creating sophisticated campaigns that help families find the perfect community and investors find the perfect management company.

This isn't just another marketing role you'll have the opportunity to directly impact people's lives by helping them discover vibrant senior living communities that match their needs. Working alongside our creative and web development teams, you'll manage our paid digital channels, implement advanced nurture campaigns, optimize our marketing funnel to generate quality leads and participate in the planning and execution of nationwide events.
