QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in marketing (1 year required), proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Advertising (1 year required), and preferably a Google Analytics Certification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), conduct keyword research, perform technical SEO audits, develop backlink strategies, monitor performance data, and produce actionable reports for clients.

Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creation & Optimization - Google Ads: Design and manage search, display, video, and shopping campaigns on Google Ads, optimizing for performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms, and optimize campaigns through effective targeting and bid management.
- Campaign Setup & Optimization - Social Ads: Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, including audience segmentation, ad creatives, and budget allocation.
- Keyword Research & Content Strategy: Perform keyword research to identify search terms that align with business goals and create an SEO strategy for content creation and optimization.
- Technical SEO Audits: Identify and resolve technical issues on websites (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors) that could impact SEO performance.
- Backlink Strategy & Link Building: Develop and execute a strategy for obtaining high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest adjustments to maximize performance.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Strategy Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations on how to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, etc.) to assess campaign performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build Monthly Reports on campaign performance, providing easy-to-understand and actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to be presented to clients.
Required Skills:
- Highly Proficient in: Google Analytics, Google Ads (Google Adwords), Facebook Business Manager
- These Skills Are Not Required But Are A Bonus: Search Engine Optimization Strategies and Tactics, Hubspot Sales and Marketing Hub, and Dynamic Call Tracking Technology.
