SHORT DESCRIPTION

Fieldpiece is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance online engagement for its brand, requiring expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics to support growth objectives.

Fieldpiece is searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the online presence and engagement of the Fieldpiece brand and products. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a consumer product-focused company and can create, implement and manage a marketing calendar. You have experience using digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics to connect with our target audience and support our growth objectives. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Click Dimensions (or similar tools) is required. Must be creative and analytical with the ability to create content and measure the impact.

What Youll Do

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including paid search, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of our products, industry trends, product uses and customer success stories.
  • Assist the creative team to design compelling graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Website and SEO Management

  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Optimize website pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and rankings.
  • Work with web developers to enhance user experience and implement website enhancements.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights to guide future strategies.

Email Marketing

  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Build segmented email lists and A/B test subject lines, messaging, and layouts for optimal performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and results-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $75,000-85,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
