The Opportunity: Be a Growth Leader

We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Growth Partner who will act as a strategic advisor and partner to real estate agents, helping them grow their businesses by leveraging our proven lead generation systems.

You’ll work directly with agents at our office, consulting with them on their goals, crafting tailored lead generation strategies, and guiding them toward success. As you excel in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead our lead generation department, helping shape the future of the company and positioning yourself as a trusted leader within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Account Management & Consulting
  • Act as a growth partner for real estate agents, building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet with agents regularly at our office to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide personalized guidance on lead generation strategies, marketing plans, and campaign optimization to help agents grow their businesses.
  • Social Media Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Oversee the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Use advanced retargeting techniques to capture and convert high-quality leads into real estate clients.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality.
  • Building a Lead Generation Department
  • As you grow in this role, you’ll take ownership of the lead generation division, developing systems and processes to scale operations.
  • Collaborate with agents and internal team members to refine our offerings and ensure consistent client success.
  • Cultivate a reputation as a leader within the company, with agents eager to work with you and depend on your expertise.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track campaign results, analyze data, and provide clients with clear performance reports.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate measurable results that align with client goals.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with our internal team to improve processes, tools, and systems as we expand.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Expertise in lead generation and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong account management abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Comfortable consulting with clients in person at the office and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with real estate agents or in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
