Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. As aDigital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and engage customers about our brand and its affiliates. You will oversee lead generation campaigns, optimize sales funnels, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multi-channel strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
- Leverage paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and organic strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Implement marketing automation and lead scoring strategies to qualify and segment leads.
- Advise on infrastructure building for website landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates. Optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels to enhance lead capture and activation.
- Analyze and report on customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Use digital marketing to build strong relationships with customers, leading to repeat business.
- Advise on email marketing sequences, segmentation, retargeting ads, and personalized campaigns to engage customers.
- A/B test content, messaging, and CTAs to improve engagement rates.
- Monitor and optimize customer engagement metrics such as churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), etc.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Manage company marketing calendar and collaborate with other members of the marketing department.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline development.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, inbound marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Experience with Data Privacy Rights and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems for website updates and maintenance.
- Strong project management skills, and strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
