About Street Soccer USA: Street Soccer USA (SSUSA) is a nonprofit organization that uses soccer as a tool for social change. We aim to fight poverty and strengthen communities by providing free soccer programs and teaching life skills to underserved youth and adults across the United States. We have nine regional chapters and serve over 6,000 youth and adult players each year.
Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Systems Coordinator will support Street Soccer USA's external marketing in the lead up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup hosted in North America. The manager will serve as the technical backbone for SSUSA's marketing operations, managing all marketing technology systems, data integrations, and analytics. The role focuses on optimizing our marketing infrastructure across website, email, social media, and CRM while providing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. The role will be filled as soon as possible.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Systems Management (40%)
- Manage and optimize Klaviyo email marketing platform, including automation workflows, segmentation, and campaign setup
- Maintain Salesforce database integrity, focusing on contact management and campaign tracking
- Oversee Instagram content scheduling, analytics, and engagement tracking
- Implement and maintain integrations between marketing platforms
- Document technical processes and create standard operating procedures
Data Management & Analytics (30%)
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking key performance metrics
- Analyze campaign performance across all channels
- Generate regular reports on engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Implement data cleaning and standardization processes
- Manage contact database segmentation and maintenance
Campaign Support (20%)
- Configure technical aspects of email campaigns and social media initiatives
- Set up A/B tests and tracking parameters
- Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of all marketing activities
- Support automation of routine marketing tasks
Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
- Work with communications team to design, import, and distribute campaigns
- Coordinate with development team on donor data management
- Support local teams with marketing systems training
- Provide technical documentation and guidance
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing marketing technology systems
- Proven expertise with Klaviyo, Salesforce, and Instagram
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of marketing attribution and tracking
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Technical Skills Required
- Klaviyo: Advanced proficiency in email automation, segmentation, and analytics
- Salesforce: Experience with contact management, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Instagram: Proficiency with Business suite, content scheduling, and analytics
- Data Analysis: Excel/Google Sheets expertise
- Integration Tools: Experience with Zapier or similar platforms
Compensation
$80,000 - $95,000 annual salary plus benefits, depending on experience
