Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Real Estate Digital Marketing Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies to drive lead generation, enhance the customer journey, and improve marketing efficiency for our real estate business. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to implement and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and real estate market trends.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools for lead scoring, customer segmentation, content personalization, and predictive analytics. Recommend and introduce AI-based solutions to improve marketing processes and deliver a more personalized customer experience.
Lead Generation & CRM Optimization:
- Manage and optimize the CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss, SkySlope) to enhance lead management, segmentation, and nurturing processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design effective lead capture forms, landing pages, and automated follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs).
Digital Marketing Automation:
- Oversee and optimize email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo) to engage prospects at various stages of the client journey.
- Design and implement automated workflows, personalized content, and drip campaigns to nurture leads effectively.
SEO & Website Optimization:
- Work with web developers and content creators to ensure the company’s website is optimized for SEO and lead generation.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and content to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Digital Advertising & Retargeting:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Use retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and maximize ROI from advertising efforts.
Integration & System Maintenance:
- Integrate various marketing platforms and ensure seamless data flow between CRM, email platforms, website, and other tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all marketing systems are functioning optimally.
Vendor Management & Budgeting:
- Evaluate and select third-party vendors for marketing technology tools and platforms.
- Manage budgets for marketing investments and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Training & Support:
- Train and support the marketing team on best practices for using marketing technology tools.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the team is fully utilizing the technology stack to its fullest potential.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, real estate marketing, or a technology-driven marketing role.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing technology tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies specific to real estate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical tasks with marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate CRM systems (e.g., BoomTown, Real Geeks, Zillow Premier Agent).
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
