We’re looking for a versatile, creative, and technically skilled individual to lead both our digital marketing efforts and website development. As our Digital Marketing & Web Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the brand’s online presence through strategic marketing campaigns and hands-on website development.

Role Overview:
This hybrid role combines the creative and analytical aspects of digital marketing with the technical skills needed to build and maintain our website. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while also managing website creation, updates, and maintenance to ensure an engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development & Maintenance:
  • Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is fully optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Implement improvements in website functionality, design, and user experience (UX) to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure the website aligns with brand messaging and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and security checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business goals.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media to increase engagement, lead generation, and sales.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Create and oversee content, ads, and creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the brand and target audience.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
  • Work cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure website and marketing goals are integrated.
  • Coordinate with external partners, contractors, or agencies for specialized tasks (e.g., advanced coding, design elements, or digital ads).
  • Manage budgets for both web development and marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in both web development and digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and content creation software.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices to create user-friendly websites and landing pages.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
