The Digital Media Coordinator will manage and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and optimize conversions across various digital channels.

Position Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies across a variety of digital channels, including but not limited to digital branding, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, ecommerce and content marketing. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and optimizing conversion rates to achieve business goals. You will manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and continually refine strategies based on insights and trends.
We expect you to be proficient in the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), as well as digital advertising, web analytics, and content creation. Your ability to work both creatively and analytically will be key in elevating our company’s digital presence and driving engagement with our audience.
The Digital Media Coordinator shall be accountable and supervised by the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.) and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform research on current digital marketing trends, competitors, and audience preferences to optimize strategies and stay updated on emerging platforms and best practices.
- Manage website content and ensure it aligns with SEO best practices to improve organic traffic, enhance eCommerce functionality, and increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Create, manage, and edit high-quality digital content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email, ensuring consistency, relevance, and engagement.
- Schedule, shoot/create film content and edit final product to produce engaging video content to post on website and multiple social media channels for various projects and objectives.
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business objectives, generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Communicate with customers via various platforms, respond to inquiries promptly, monitor customer reviews, and suggest new tactics (e.g., promotions, contests) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) and click-through rates, conversion rates to monitor campaign and web/social media performance and optimize campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and collaborate on targeting strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, including budget, spend, click-through rates (CTR), conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on ad performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Track and report budget pacing, account performance and project tasks (both internally and externally).
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring content is consistent, relevant, and engaging.
- Communicate with customers via various platforms, responding to inquiries and monitoring reviews.
- Suggest and implement new digital marketing tactics to boost brand awareness and engagement (e.g., promotions, contests).
- Monitoring and managing applicable promotions in coverage across all channels and efforts.
- Work successfully in both team environments and independently, maintaining open communication with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Skilled in graphic design and content creation with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Hootsuite) and CRM systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software.
- Proven experience managing PPC and paid ads (Google Ads, social media paid ads, creating content strategies, reporting data with Google Analytics and overseeing content development and publishing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical with a data-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work both independently and in teams, with prior marketing coordination experience a plus.
