Coefficient Health is seeking a Digital Producer to transform ideas into digital experiences, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional digital projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

The Role
Coefficient Health is seeking a Digital Producer to join our outstanding multidisciplinary team. This role is instrumental in transforming ideas into fully realized digital experiences and achievable plans. The ideal candidate will excel at defining processes, project planning, and crafting workstreams to deliver exceptional digital projects for integrated campaigns. This person will ensure pull-through of digital best practices to deliver on client/audience objectives.
Working closely with a Senior Digital Producer, you will act as a conductor from start to finish—collaborating with UX, account, strategy, project management, and creative teams—and serving as the primary liaison to technology and development resources. Your familiarity with diverse digital programs and deliverables—such as websites, CRM, display, social media, SEO, and analytics—combined with strategic thinking and content development skills, will enable you to produce outstanding digital experiences.
The Digital Producer will play a key role in expanding Coefficient Health’s digital production capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert in digital platforms while understanding other mediums well enough to develop comprehensive project plans and scopes of work.
- Collaborate with account, strategy, project management, and development leads to establish technical approaches, assumptions, deliverables, estimates, and timelines for complex digital projects.
- Gather and document project requirements, perform feasibility checks, and ensure content development aligns with industry best practices.
- Develop and educate internal teams on the development process, best practices, and related tools.
- Identify and leverage new technologies and opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns and deployments.
- Input into scoping of projects (SOWs, goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, estimates) and manage scope changes and proactively mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of digital production or project management experience in an agency environment, with a preference for pharmaceutical industry/advertising experience.
- Expertise in the digital development lifecycle and a demonstrated understanding of digital project workstreams and methodologies.
- Specific experience with multiple digital channels including websites, CRM email programs (including basics of BRDs and journeys), social media, digital content publishing, etc.
- A collaborative team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others, and the poise to perform under pressure.
- A detail-oriented self-starter with good judgment and a dynamic, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to see projects at the big picture level while keeping an eagle eye on all of the minor tasks, details, and deadlines involved in successful production and project delivery
- A deep understanding of website development from discovery to deployment.
- Must have proficiency in digital production tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, proofing tools, and PM tools. Experience with AirTable a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Cursory understanding of web technologies (e.g. CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, etc.) and current digital trends.
- Understanding of the general differences between iOS, Android and common mobile devices and platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a great sense of humor.
- Ability to come into our FiDi NYC office at least 2 days per week

The position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:
Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational needs.
