BOX Partners seeks a Digital Product Merchandise Manager to enhance product content and improve the online shopping experience for shipping supply products while collaborating with various teams to drive digital merchandising strategies.
Job Summary:
Due to the exciting expansion of our digital capabilities, BOX Partners is seeking a Digital Product Merchandise Manager to oversee the enrichment of the product content for syndication to our sales channels and distributor partners. This individual will be responsible for driving our digital merchandising strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and increase sales of our shipping supply products. In this hands-on role as part of the Product Commercialization team you will work collaboratively with the Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, and IT teams to deliver high quality content across multiple channels for internal and external stakeholders. This individual will lead a critical role in developing processes for product content creation, enrichment, governance, normalization, quality, and accuracy
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage process to onboard content from vendors and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain catalog taxonomy, hierarchies, and attributes.
- Define, create, and manage rules to normalize and develop content attributes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enrich content. Managing the online product catalog, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and effective categorization.
- Develop templates to syndicate content to various sales channels and distributor partners.
- Provide application troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Report on key data measurements, data issue resolution, and content to ensure data quality and discover growth opportunities with partner channels.
- Collaborate on annual promotional planning
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the digital marketplace.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily workflow of product content creation, enrichment, and syndication.
- Collaborate with Marketing to understand analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Optimize website layout and navigation to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding workflows and business processes, identifying issues, and providing solutions utilizing integrated technologies.
- Strong business analysis, project management, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence with limited authority
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online consumer behavior.
- Ability to convey complex analytics in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Subject matter expert on content creation, enrichment, governance, and syndication.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in product presentation and user experience.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating, managing, product content.
- Experience configuring and managing databases with large amounts of data.
- Experience sourcing, onboarding, and normalizing content from disparate providers.
- Experience working in B2B industry.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of digital product merchandising, Marketing, e-commerce or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
