Digital Production Specialist
LOCATION
Hybrid in Springfield, IL (ideal candidate lives within 90 minutes of Springfield to come on site once or twice a month).
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX or related field preferred; 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, UI/UX or related field required; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide design, development, and production support to the Digital Experience team across multiple content management platforms, utilizing various digital tools and software to create an engaging digital experience for users.

The Digital Production Specialist at HSHS supports marketing initiatives by delivering interactive digital content and experiences.
Position Specifics:
- Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
- Location: Hybrid in Springfield, IL, Ideal candidate lives within 90 minutes of Springfield to come on site when value is added (once or twice a month)

Education Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience), or related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, UI/UX, or related field is required.
- Health care experience is strongly preferred.
