Job Overview:
The Digital Sales & B2B Wholesale Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients. You will manage online campaigns, optimize product listings, and engage with clients to ensure their success while contributing to ours.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales & Marketing:
- Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Wayfair, and others.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns for platforms like Amazon and Google.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Attentive.
- Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to inform strategies.
B2B Wholesale:
- Build and nurture relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Develop strategies to expand wholesale reach and onboard new accounts.
- Coordinate with logistics, and customer service teams to support client needs.
- Attend trade shows and events to showcase products and build business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital sales, e-commerce, or B2B wholesale.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Wayfair.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
- Positive, energetic, and ambitious attitude essential.
