Join our dynamic and innovative digital advertising team as a Digital Specialist/Content and Marketing Strategist. In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Manager, Account Executives, and clients to understand their business goals and create tailored advertising solutions that deliver results. Utilize your strategic thinking and project management skills to develop and execute campaigns that drive growth, brand awareness, and engagement.

```Duties```
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Conduct research to identify relevant topics and trends in the industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
- Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Optimize content for search engines and implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Edit and proofread content and campaigns to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain client accounts, billing, and account reconciliation

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content and Marketing Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, SEO tools, ad servers, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent research skills in gathering information from various sources.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 for formatting purposes.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy for different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
- Photography skills for capturing visual content is a plus.
- Ability to create white papers or other long-form content is a plus.

● Able to ask for assistance if tasks are beyond current capabilities
