As the newest addition to the Media Strategy team for Ai Media Group, you will own and support marketing strategy for clients looking to us for growth, insights, and innovation. Working directly with our Managing Director of Media Strategy, our leadership team, and media buyers across social, search, and programmatic, you will help drive growth for our existing clients, and for our agency - winning new business.
As a strategy manager, you will quarterback initiatives within Client Pods, supported by buyers, analysts, and creatives. You will also work to support clients who work with us for our SaaS Attribution tool, Atrilyx, as a dedicated insights expert. This is a hybrid role – we are in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across clients.
- Proactively seek opportunities to win new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the advertising industry, digital marketing, and related fields. Apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies for clients.
- Analyze campaign performance: Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work in close collaboration with various internal teams, such as creative, data analytics, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
- Research and innovation: Conduct market research and explore innovative marketing trends and technologies to continuously enhance the agency's strategic offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget management: Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for client campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Report and communicate results: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and strategy effectiveness. Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients, providing clear and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, and execution, preferably in an agency setting.
- Skills:
- Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
