Digital Content Manager

Role Overview:

As the Digital Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement across various platforms. You will be responsible for content production, social media management, performance analysis, and influencer partnerships. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help elevate our brand and connect with our audience more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Production:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for advertisements and social media on platforms like YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Plan and create email marketing funnels for customer acquisition and retention.

· Social Media Management:

• Planning, scheduling, and designing of social media campaigns for both organic and paid social posts on platforms such as X, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Develop content ideas that align with our brand strategy and support social media growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Monitor competitor activity to enhance our presence.

· Performance Analysis:

• Determine and report all relevant KPI’s to the executive team.
• Develop comprehensive reports to track progress against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitoring web traffic and analyze patterns to determine improvements to be made to our web presence.

· Influencer And Creator Content:

• Identify innovative new influencer and creator partnerships and initiatives that support and amplify broader marketing campaigns.
• Develop and launch paid campaigns supporting these initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3+ years working within a design department or other creative team environment
• Strong knowledge of visual design, layout, color, typography, etc.
• Experience in digital media content creation as well as copywriting
• Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, DaVinci resolve, plus a working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

· Strong background in SEO, SEM, and digital paid advertising

· Strong project management skills with the ability to take a project from idea to launch

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bonus if you have previously worked in the psychic industry or have a deep understanding or passion for the metaphysical or spirituality.

Compensation Details:

The expected compensation for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000. The actual pay offered may vary based on candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
