Job Overview
We are looking for a business minded and results-driven analytical digital marketer to come on board and work with our LED business generating sales through online marketplaces and through offline in-person channels. The right person will be experienced in listing products through online marketplaces and processing orders that come in through marketplaces like Facebook, eBay, Amazon, and other online platforms. We are looking for someone who is adept at understanding new products and surveying the competitive landscape to tailor listings, content, and strategy to adapt to the diverse buyers who are candidates for our diverse product suite.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform pricing strategies.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
- Utilize SQL to analyze customer data and improve targeting strategies for advertising efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness; make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Familiar and well-versed in online sales
- Experience listing products on online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, e.g.)
- Comfortable with order processing for marketplace sales
- Experience with product and pricing research, including comprehension of market positioning
- Confident and familiar with ad writing for online listings
- Familiar with creation and design of basic marketing materials
Preferred:
- Experience with Google Ads
- Graphic design experience
- Website maintenance and chat support
- eCommerce site maintenance
- Comfort with answering emails responding to product inquiries
- Email marketing experience
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and performance marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of advertising principles and content creation strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEM tools, and analytics software.
- Ability to perform conversion optimization through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
