360Training is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our Acquisition and Media team to create and manage paid campaigns across our digital marketing platforms.

This is a remote position and we are looking to hire in the following states:

AZ, FL, GA, LA, NJ, PA, TN, TX, UT, ID, MI, MO and WI

Digital Marketing Analyst:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will provide analysis to help manage the growth of website performance and marketing channels that focus on acquisition metrics such as unique visitors, conversions rates, cost per acquisition (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Closely working with analytics and marketing teams, your responsibility will be to support the data and analytic needs of our Digital Marketing channels. The ideal candidate understands how to build actionable views turning data into information. In this role, you will work closely with other marketing SMEs performing ad hoc analyses and advancing the organizational maturity in data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide data-driven recommendations to scale website performance and digital marketing channels efficiently * Responsible for the day-to-day support of digital marketing channels including report creation, automation, and troubleshooting * Solve problems with structured problem-solving methods, such as root cause analysis * Collaborate with multiple departments to support BI and reporting needs * Support tag implementation and testing in Google Tag Manager * Monitoring effectiveness of website development optimizations * Identify opportunities for campaign optimization * Work closely with IT for engagements involving data and analytics * Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and learnings * Execute special projects as needed

Required Skills: * 1-2 years of analyst experience ideally in digital marketing, ecommerce, or technology * Strong understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they pertain to the success of marketing activities * High learning agility and demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment * Relentlessly deliver business value. Self-starter able to manage and prioritize own time * Data-driven and passionate about number crunching. Highly quantitative and curious * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with dashboard creation and maintenance * Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables * Familiarity with PowerBI, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google/Microsoft Ads, Salesforce a plus * Familiarity with relational and dimensional database structures and basic proficiency with SQL is a plus.
