Job Title - reports to the Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing/Growth Strategist

Non-exempt position

The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Growth Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving sales on platforms like Amazon and Shopify. The ideal candidate will optimize product content, monitor analytics to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful digital campaigns. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in advertising platforms, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Drive sales on various platforms, including Amazon and Shopify, by implementing effective strategies and campaigns.
  • Optimize product content across platforms; including descriptions, images, and videos, to enhance conversions and SEO.
  • Monitor website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Work with third-party media buying team to ensure internal teams are working in tandem with paid marketing efforts, and discuss account performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings.
  • Implement strategies to increase traffic, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analysis to examine customer touch points, develop A/B test plans, and optimize international acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce to drive continuous improvement.

Work Requirements and Skills Needed:

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Experience with paid search, paid social, display, or other digital media channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; specifically for trend analysis using pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
  • Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manager multiple priorities effectively
  • Graphic design experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
