Responsibilities

Digital Design and Marketing:

• Assist in creating and editing product labels, ensuring consistency and creativity in our brand.
• Develop fun, eye-catching digital images for marketing and our e-commerce site.

Customer Engagement:

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience, helping customers explore our diverse range of products.
• Educate customers on the benefits, uses, and distinctions of our hemp and cannabis offerings.

Store Operations:

• Support inventory management and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere of our space.
• Foster a positive team environment, contributing to overall store success.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience required; digital design experience is a plus.
• Product Knowledge: Interest in or knowledge of cannabis and wellness products is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Legal Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations.
