Job Overview:
Fundo.com is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist and Media Buyer with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), SEO, and WordPress management to drive our digital presence and lead generation. The role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing our WordPress blog, and building lead nurturing and customer journey strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid search, social media advertising, and organic search optimization, blending creativity with data to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Management:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Google Ads campaigns, ensuring cost-efficient results and high-quality leads.
- Use advanced tactics such as remarketing, retargeting, and custom audiences to enhance campaign performance.
- Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite.
- Perform audience segmentation, targeting, and testing to maximize ad performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives are engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.
- SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website structure and content.
- WordPress Blog Management:
- Maintain and update our WordPress blog, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand voice and strategy.
- Work with the content team to upload, format, and schedule blog posts and other content updates as needed.
- Lead Nurturing and Customer Journey Buildouts:
- Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns to guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Build and optimize customer journey flows, ensuring a seamless experience from first touchpoint through conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer journeys are tailored to Fundo’s target audiences.
- Campaign Analytics & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance across all paid and organic channels, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific insights.
- Implement A/B testing, performance tracking, and advanced segmentation to refine strategies.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and organic search growth.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage media buying budgets across platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Adjust campaign spending based on performance data and market conditions, maintaining flexibility while achieving business goals.
- Collaboration & Creative Input:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, product, design) to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Advise on content marketing strategies and ensure they align with SEO goals and audience engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social, SEO, and WordPress management.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Experience maintaining and optimizing WordPress sites, including content management and basic troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Ability to develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns and customer journey flows.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics and making informed decisions.
- Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies across paid media platforms.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and content teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with lead generation in industries like finance or fintech.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and website analytics tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
