This position coordinates with key areas to clean and store data on Salsify/Syndigo and key internal platforms as needed. Serves as direct contact with GS1 for industry representation and internal training. Collaborates with key areas (Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales Team) to standardize brand assets and syndicate it to retailers. Continuous system optimizations and look for efficiencies with partners.
- Effectively manage third-party solution providers to curate and develop a dynamic Central Repository to house all the company’s digital asset information for its products.
- Work with internal databases to collect and implement all necessary product content and digital assets into the Central Repository. This includes first adding basic attributes (product title, description, dimensions, ingredients, images, etc.) and, over time, adding other content.
- Investigate and maintain a deep understanding of the constantly changing digital asset requirements for each of the company’s key strategic customers (i.e. Walmart, Target, Amazon etc.).
- Partner closely with the customer account teams to manage the unique digital asset submission processes and requirements for the company’s key strategic customers.
- Use the company’s external digital asset providers to monitor product content and accuracy across customers’ digital platforms. Identify opportunities for improvement, set strategic goals, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage content on multiple eCommerce sites: Online setup for new, existing and/or seasonal products, including PDPs assets, attributes, and categorizations, as needed.
- Coordinate the development of assets needed to ensure a successful digital presence.
- Maintenance of websites: update all brand-related content with the most up-to-date assets, such as brand images, news, and promotions.
- Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, 2+ years of experience in Digital Shelf and Data Management. * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication and presentational skills
- Strong project & time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented/ collaborative environment
- Experience using data management platforms preferred
- Agency/Partner Management preferred
- Salsify Certification is a plus
- GS1 Certification is a plus
- GDSN (Syndigo and/or Salsify) experience a plus
- CPG industry or related agency experience a plus
